Dr. Gallagher is so knowledgeable and the staff is so great with accommodating their busy schedules and getting them in right away when they break or lose something (which seems to be often!)I had a recommendation to have to have an extensive jaw surgery from my daughter’s last orthodontist and Dr. Gallagher was confident he could do some additional minor orthodontic work to correct her jaw and that we would probably not need to have the surgery after all. We are so happy with how everything is coming along and are so glad we found Dr. Gallagher! Highly recommend.
We are new to Gallagher orthodontics but overly impressed at every turn! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, always has patience with questions and goes out of their way to make things run smoothly for all appointments. I have 2 boys with braces at Gallagher. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and orthodontist. Love that they have the school district calendar posted while scheduling it makes it easier to not miss school. The appointments are quick but thorough. They are always available for questions that arise. 5 stars all the way.
Can't recommend Gallagher Orthodontics enough! I have been seeing them for aligners for the last 6 months, and my 7 year old daughter just started seeing them as well. The staff is very kind and explains everything in detail. They ensure they answer all questions and break it down to make sure it is understood. They are fast in responsiveness and go extremely above and beyond in making sure everything is going as planned and you are comfortable. My jaw got locked for (have TMJ) and Dr. Gallagher was able to see me multiple times a week in helping with techniques and appliances in getting it unlocked as fast as we could. Everything is the newest technologies as well!
Dr. Gallagher and his staff are great. I've done a full round of Invisalign at another practice, and can say that Dr. Gallagher's aligners are superior in every way. They're more comfortable, they fit better, they're more durable...and best of all you will get better results. I wish I'd known the difference before I'd done Invisalign. Go see them, you won't be disappointed.
Dr. Gallagher is amazing as is his staff, Dana and Kate! They are so great to work with and so accommodating in scheduling. Chairs with a beautiful view is just a bonus! 🙂

Uses advanced technologies and techniques to achieve the perfect smile and to correct teeth alignment. Front office staff are so kind and willing to accommodate an emergency visit. My children are incredibly comfortable during what could otherwise be an arduous and painful experience. Highly recommend for all ages.

Our eight-year-old daughter is a patient at Gallagher, and we can not recommend the practice enough. They took the time to explain all the steps to our daughter to ensure she was comfortable with the whole process and maintaining the braces. Their friendly manner made the whole process easy, and the clear billing was very much appreciated. We also found their support helpful, and we were able to get in the same day for a repair when we had a mishap (all booked via text as well to make it easy). We highly recommend the team at Gallagher.

Best in the business by far. Dr. G has been super with our kid and bends over backwards to accomodate our schedule. They are there for us when we need them during this process.

When looking for an orthodontist for my son, I visited a few different places before making my decision. We chose Gallagher Orthodontics due to the clean, cool office, proximity to the middle school (location is so important when you're driving your kid there especially during the school year) and Dr. Gallagher's impeccable reputation. So far we have not been disappointed. Dr. Gallagher is fantastic with kids and his prices are competitive with others in the area. The office staff is wonderful and the service has been prompt and great. We are so happy we went with Gallagher Orthodontics and I highly recommend them!
Gallagher Orthodontics is very professional, considerate and easy to work with. They were very accommodating of my chaotic schedule and went out of their way to make appointments easier on me since I live almost 2 hours away. But I will say that the drive is absolutely worth it! It was always easy to get in contact with the office and navigate the website. I never had any frustrations with them. The office space is very clean, well lit and just a pleasant place to be.I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment- my teeth are finally straight again! I was pleased with how thoroughly the treatment plan was explained to me at the start and how well updates were communicated to me along the way.I highly recommend anyone to Gallagher Orthodontics!
I have gone through an expander, rubber bands, and braces start to finish with dr. Gallagher. He does a great job, gives accurate time lines and will still get you in quickly years after treatment to deal with permanent retainer. Definitely recommend!!
I'm excited to write this review! I have been with Gallagher Orthodontics since before they moved into their permanent location next to Lake Travis Middle School. In a short period of time, they have established themselves as a critical part of our community. Their office layout if an extension of their personality: Welcoming, open, and community-oriented. They excel in all aspects of care: From intake and billing to treatment and final check ups. What a wonderful family and magical team!
This place and the people that work here are amazing! I had an emergency situation where my permanent retainer that I’ve had for years suddenly broke off, and was causing me a lot of discomfort (this retainer I have had for 10+ years from another orthodontist). Gallagher Orthodontics were able to squeeze me in within 10 minutes of me calling, fixed my retainer and sent me on my way. They were so kind and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here!

He has gone the extra mile to make sure my aligners are comfortable and easy to wear, and he was happy to make adjustments whenever I needed them. I had braces when I was younger but the results weren’t all that great and I didn’t wear my retainer so here I am in my 30’s having to do braces again. The team at Gallagher Orthodontics has been AMAZING. They are friendly, professional and informative and even with being so great.. their rates were the best out of the 3 consultations I had. They absolutely know what they are doing and my treatment has gone way faster than I thought it would. I have been able to visually see the progress at every single appointment. I am so thankful I found them and I can’t wait to see the final results😊

My son just started phase 2 at Gallagher Orthodontics and loves it. The office is great, the people are super nice (even have great Mexican food recommendations) and the app they use (Patient Hub) is super engaging for the kids!I really appreciate the way they approached the consultation and his experience so far has been great. We are lucky because he can walk to his appointments from the middle school. I would highly recommend you check out the office, and get a consultation if you or your kids need braces.

Dr Gallagher is my personal orthodontist. I live in Austin but travelled to Dallas to see him. He fitted me with aligners to correct a lifetime of crooked teeth. He is an amazing orthodontist and will be an outstanding community member for the Lake Travis and west Travis county area!
